Our Commitment to Your Privacy

This Privacy Policy describes how Obsidion Labs ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information in connection with your use of the WeightVerse mobile application (the "App").

1. Data We Do Not Collect

Your privacy is our top priority. We designed WeightVerse so that we do not see, collect, or store any of your personal health data. All weight entries, notes, and goals you record in the App are stored exclusively on your local device. We do not have access to this information.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All data you enter into the App, including but not limited to:

  • Weight entries and history
  • Dates of entries
  • Personal notes attached to entries
  • Goal weight
  • App settings (theme, units, accent color)

...is stored locally on your device's internal storage. This data is not transmitted to any server owned or operated by us.

3. Third-Party Services (Advertising)

The App uses third-party advertising services (such as Google AdMob) to display advertisements. These ads help keep the App free. When you view an ad, these third-party services may collect data to provide personalized advertising. This may include device identifiers, IP addresses, and information about your interaction with the ads.

We do not share your personal health data from the App with our advertising partners. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of our advertising partners to understand how they collect and use your data.

4. Data Export and Import Feature

The App provides a feature to export your data as a CSV file. When you initiate an export, your data is packaged on your device and temporarily uploaded to a secure cloud storage service (Firebase Storage) to generate a private download link for you. This link is accessible only to you unless you choose to share it. The file is created for your convenience and data portability. We do not access the contents of this file.

The import feature allows you to select a CSV file from your device's storage. The file is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
